TEFLON® (PTFE) coated fiberglass fabric, with and without adhesive for use in plastic (polyethylene) sealing machines, “L” sealers, continuous sealers (manual, automatic and blister packaging)
Our fabrics adhere to clean and preheated surfaces, since the silicone adhesive (yellow linner) is activated at high temperatures.
The acrylic adhesive (blue liner) is special for sealing plastic bags with liquid content.
In thermo-shrinking machines (oven or heat tunnel), we can find Hawaiian curtains (red silicone fabric) that prevent the entry or exit of heat.
In the hygienic sealing industry we offer bands of 0.006”, 0.008” and 0.010” in blue and brown, with snaps, rope and/or guide fold for “CASSOLI, CASMATIC, HAYSSEN” machines.
In this same industry, TEFLON® (PTFE) coated fiberglass fabrics are also used. in thicknesses of 0.005”, 0.006” and 0.010”, field tapes and TWO-PLY bands for sealing disposable tissues, sanitary napkins, etc.
